A training firm judged by one thing: who ends up employed.
Classic Enterprise was built in Mumbai to close the gap between employers who cannot find skilled people and communities full of people willing to learn a skill.
We started with a question nobody could answer well.
Why does a workshop owner in Malad struggle for weeks to find a competent technician, while a few streets away a dozen young people sit idle who would take that job in a heartbeat? The answer is rarely intelligence or willingness. It is almost always that nobody ever showed them how the work is actually done.
Classic Enterprise was set up to fix exactly that, in the neighbourhoods where the problem is most visible. We began with the trades where local hiring demand was clearest, kept batches small enough for a trainer to correct every candidate individually, and refused to issue a certificate to anyone who could not perform the task in front of us.
That discipline shaped everything since. Programmes now run across ten industry sectors, from apparel and beauty to logistics, healthcare and industrial trades. A dedicated placement desk works employer relationships year round. And the standard has not moved: training is finished when the candidate is working, not when the syllabus ends.
We are a proprietorship registered in Maharashtra under GSTIN 27ACVPR3598P1Z5, operating from our office at Malwani, Malad West, and serving candidates and employers across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Our Mission
To deliver vocational training that employers respect and candidates can build a life on. That means teaching the practical task rather than the theory around it, assessing honestly, and treating placement as part of the programme rather than a favour granted at the end of it.
Our Vision
A Mumbai where a young person's postcode and school record stop deciding what work is available to them. We want the shortest, straightest route from wanting to work to being genuinely good at a trade, open to anyone prepared to put in the hours.
Four values that decide how we operate.
These are not wall posters. They are the rules we use when a decision is genuinely difficult.
Integrity
We do not promise a job we cannot support, and we do not certify a skill a candidate does not have.
Employability first
Every design decision in a programme is judged against one question: does this make the candidate more hireable?
Inclusion
Education level, gender and background decide nothing here. Willingness to learn decides everything.
Accountability
We measure what we deliver, record it accurately, and answer for it to candidates, partners and funders alike.
