Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it and how to ask us to change or remove it. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

Classic Enterprise respects the privacy of every candidate, employer and partner who contacts us. This page sets out, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and our training activity, how it is used, and the choices you have over it.

01

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to Classic Enterprise (referred to as we, us or our) and covers the personal information we collect through this website, and through enquiries, counselling sessions, enrolment and placement activity connected to our training programmes.

It does not cover websites operated by other organisations that we may link to. Once you leave our website, the privacy practices of the destination site apply instead of ours.

02

Information we collect

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you properly.

  • Information you give us directly. Your name, phone number, email address, the sector or programme you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field of our enquiry form or tell us on a call.
  • Enrolment and training records. If you go on to join a programme, we collect the details required to enrol, assess and certify you, along with attendance and assessment records.
  • Employer and partner details. If you contact us about hiring or a partnership, we collect your name, organisation, role and contact details.
  • Basic technical information. Standard server and browser information such as the pages requested, approximate location and device type, used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not ask for financial account details, identity document numbers or sensitive personal data through this website.

03

How we use your information

Your information is used for the following purposes only:

  • Responding to your enquiry and answering your questions
  • Counselling you on a suitable trade, and enrolling and training you if you decide to proceed
  • Assessing, certifying and maintaining accurate records of your progress
  • Introducing you to employers hiring in your trade, where you have asked us to support your placement
  • Meeting reporting, audit and record keeping obligations that apply to training programmes we deliver
  • Keeping this website secure, available and functioning
04

How our enquiry form works

This website does not store form submissions on a server of ours. When you complete the enquiry form and submit it, your browser opens your own email application with the details filled in, and the message is sent from your email account to classicenterprise051120@gmail.com only when you choose to send it.

This means nothing you type is captured by us until you actively send that email, and you can review or cancel the message before it leaves your device.

05

When we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

  • With prospective employers, where you have asked us to support your placement and only to the extent needed to present your candidature
  • With assessment and certification bodies, where certification of your programme requires it
  • With funders or programme authorities, where a training programme you have enrolled in is publicly funded and requires reporting
  • Where the law requires it, such as a valid order from a competent authority
06

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any follow up you have asked for. Enrolment, assessment and placement records are kept for as long as the relevant programme requires, and thereafter only where a record keeping obligation applies.

We take reasonable organisational and technical precautions to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07

Cookies and embedded content

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our contact page embeds a map from Google Maps so you can find our office. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.

08

Your choices and rights

You may ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is inaccurate, or to delete information we are no longer required to keep. You may also ask us to stop contacting you.

Write to classicenterprise051120@gmail.com or call +91 91674 30110 and we will act on your request within a reasonable period.

09

Younger applicants

Some of our programmes carry a minimum age requirement. Where an applicant is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to be involved in the enquiry and enrolment, and we handle that information with the same care set out in this policy.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our programmes or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new update date, and it takes effect from the date it is published.
